- Bei Kontrolle im Fachgeschäft bitte Netzgerät und
Selectron- Steuerung mitnehmen

2: durch Nicht-Elektrofachmann

Netzkabel des Netzgerätes an Steckdose anschliessen
- Einschalten
- Schalterbalken muss leuchten, wenn nicht: Sicherung 2 Ampere
- und Spannung in Steckdose überprüfen
- Speisekabel (kleiner runder Stecker) an Selectron-Steuerung
anschliessen
- Lampe 5V muss leuchten, wenn nicht: Sicherung 0,5 Ampere überprüfen
und
- separaten Netzteil des Netzgerätes
überprüfen lassen
- Oberste Lampe W 00 muss leuchten, wenn nicht:
- beide Sicherungen 5 Ampere überprüfen
- Taste "Weben" drücken, Taste "I" mehrmals
drücken;
- bei vorgängiger Eingabe von Leinwandbindung müssen
beim Drücken der "I"-Taste
- die entsprechenden Lampen 1 - 24
aufleuchten, entweder die geraden oder die
- ungeraden. Es müssen alle
Lampen leuchten, wenn nicht: nochmals eine
- Leinwandbindung eingeben und testen.

1. Pourquoi quelques lames ne meuvent pas?
Contrôler
les aimants :
- Enlever le couvercle en bois du métier
- Pédale gauche en-bas
- Débrancher le métier
- Appuyer sur pédale droite (manivelle est en-haut)
- et rester avec le pied pendant
5 secondes au minimum
- Tous les tiges de noyau des électro-aimants
sont en-haut et les lames sont en
- position moyenne
- Les platines sont bloquées
et n'ont pas de jeu
- Toucher légèrement chaque tige de noyau plusieurs
fois avec le doit;
- les noyaux doivent se mouvoir légèrement
- Appuyer sur pédale gauche
- Brancher le métier
- Enter armure toile, selon la notice d'emploi et faire le contrôle

Solution
1: par un électricien

A l'intérieur de la boîte d'alimentation se trouvent
des fusibles de réserve
- et un schéma de montage
- Contrôler la boîte d'alimentation en mesurant les
tensions à la barrette serre-fils ;
- trouver des erreurs éventuelles
- En allant chez un électricien, veuillez prendre avec
vous la boîte d'alimentation et la
- boîte Selectron
Solution
2: par un non-électricien
-
Brancher le câble de tension à la prise de courant
- Actionner la touche d'alimentation
- Tableau de commande doit être allumé, si non :
contrôler fusible 2 ampères
- et la tension dans la prise de
courant
- Brancher le câble d'alimentation (fiche ronde) à
la boîte Selectron
- Lampe 5V doit être allumée, si non : contrôler
fusible 0,5 ampères
- et laisser contrôler la partie
électrique séparée qui se trouvent à
l'intérieur
- de la boîte d'alimentation
- Lampe la plus haute W 00 doit être allumée, si
non :
- contrôler les 2 fusibles
5 ampères
- Aller sur mode " Tisser " appuyer plusieurs fois touche
" I " ;
- lorsqu'une armure toile est entrée,
les lames correspondantes 1 - 24 sont
- allumées, soit les pairs
ou les impairs. Toutes les lampes doivent être
- allumées, si non : entrer
encore une fois une armure toile et faire le contrôle.

1. Why several shafts don't move?
Control
the electromagnets:
- Take off the wooden top cover of the loom
- Left pedal is down
- Switch off the loom
- Push the right pedal (handle is upwards)
- and stay on it with the feet during
5 seconds at least
- All the rotor rods of the electromagnets are
upwards and the
- shafts are in the middle position
- The hooks are blocked and have
no space
- Touch effortlessly several times every rotor rods with the finger,
- the rotors have to move lightly
- Push the left pedal
- Switch on the loom
- Enter a tabby, according to the instructions for use and test
it

- Take off the machine cable (flat plug); in this case the loom
is not connected

Inside of the electronic box there are reserve fuses and a wiring
diagram
- Control by measuring the voltage on the connection clip; find
out possible errors
- When controlling in an electrician shop, please take with you
- the electronic box and the Selectron
box
Solution
2: by an no-electrician
-
Connect the mains cable of the electronic box on the socket
- Switch on
- Switchboard is flashing; if not: control fuse 2 ampere and voltage
in the socket
- Connect the feed cable (small round plug) on the Selectron box
- Lamp 5V is flashing; if not: control fuse 0,5 ampere and control
by an electrician
- the power supply unit of the electronic
box
- The top lamp "W 00" is flashing; if not: control both
fuses 5 ampere:
- Press "Weave" key, press several times "I"
key;
- if a tabby has been entered before,
the corresponding lamps 1 - 24 are flashing,
- either the even numbers or the
odd numbers.
- All the lamps have to be flashed,
if not: enter again a tabby and test it.
